Ukrainian-Slovak International Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer

On the constitutive meeting of Ukrainian-Slovak International Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer (USICITT) Consortium on​​​ March 27th, 2023 at Kosice (TUKE) was created the Ukrainian-Slovak International Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer in the form of an International Innovation Consortium.

Scientific and Technological Council of USICITT has two co-chairmen: Rector of Technical University of Kosice and Rector of Uzhorod National University.

As the Executive Body (managing institution) of USICITT has been appointed International Centre of Innovative Technology (ICIT).

Agreed goals and activities:

  • Creation of an experimental Ukrainian-Slovak Public Health Center in both Kosice and Uzhorod for the development of standardized model (software content and hardware necessary for the needs of comprehensive rehabilitation and maintaining the health of Ukrainian refugees and persons affected by military operations on both sides of the border of Ukraine with EU).
  • Creation of the Ukrainian-Slovak international innovative cluster on Bioeconomy of Health.
  • Identification and subsequent specification of software requirements for the Consortium.
  • Programs and institutional forms of intensive retraining of specialists and managers in the field of innovative and digital economy and public administration in line with the needs of the formation and development of Ukrainian-Slovak Innovative clusters.

Planned actions:

  • Participation in the cluster forum “Ukraine-EU” in Kosice on March 29-30, 2023, and proposals for the support of the creation of Ukrainian-Slovak innovative clusters.
  • Organization and holding of the International Scientific Conference on Bioeconomy of Health.
